Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Card payment: The total amount of the reservation will be charged two weeks before arrival if it would be the refundable policy. In case of the policy Non-refundable the collection of the total value of the reservation would be done after the confirmation of the reservation. Payment in Deposit The bank transfer of 50% of the value of the reservation has to be made after 48 hours of the confirmation of the reservation. Cancellation Policies

Policy applicable on dates: 12/20/2025 - 1/10/2026

There will be no refund in case of cancellation. The reservation can be charged at any time after confirming the reservation.

On other dates:

Cancellation up to 30 days from the date of check-in, return of 90% of the amount deposited. Cancellation from 29 to 16 days prior to check-in date will be refunded 50%.
