Payment can be made within 30 calendar days after check-out. The deadline can be negotiated directly with the hotel.

Cancellation / Change Policy
Guaranteed reservations may be canceled at least 60 (sixty) days in advance, otherwise it will be subject to penalties provided for in the travel contract. As described below:
• 20% of the amount paid, if cancellation/change is 59 days up to 30 days before check-in;
• 30% of the amount paid, if the cancellation/change is between 29 days and 15 days before check-in;
• 50% of the amount paid, if the cancellation/change is within 14 days until 03 days before check-in)
• 100% of the amount paid, if the cancellation/change is between 02 days and 01 day before check-in)
• In case of no-show (NO SHOW) the fine will be 100% of the amount paid) in case of early departure, the amount paid will not be refunded.
For cases of electronic purchase, the customer will have 7 days from the booking date, to cancel the purchase, without charging a fine.

For a quick check-in, complete your details in advance through www.enjoyhoteis.com.br, accessing the Web Check-in. Fill out 100% of the requested information. Use the name of the reservation holder as it appears on the voucher or confirmation document. If you do not complete the procedure before arrival, there may be a longer wait at check-in.

**General Conditions:**
- Check-in: 2:00 p.m. / Check-out: Until 11:00 a.m.
- The hotel has a rotating parking lot with limited spaces, subject to availability.
- Maintenance may occur in the common areas without prior notice.
- Full Board: Includes lunch at check-in and breakfast at check-out.

**Guest Obligations:**
a) By booking, the guest accepts the conditions described, without claiming ignorance.
b) It is the responsibility of the person responsible for each stay to pay for all expenses incurred at the Hotel's points of sale by the guests of each respective apartment.
c) Consumption of food and beverages in the common areas is restricted to those provided by the hotel.
d) Pets of any size are not permitted.
e) Always keep your belongings under surveillance. The safety of your belongings is the guest's responsibility.
f) Minors: According to Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age may only check in accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. Otherwise, notarized authorization from the parents is required.

**Information about the Ticket Promotion:**

Stays of more than 2 nights include 1 ticket to Vale dos Dinossauros, 1 ticket to Thermas dos Laranjais and 1 ticket to Dreamland Museu de Cera, valid for children under 12 years of age.
Conditions:
- Tickets are valid for children up to 12 years old, limited to 2 guests per apartment.
- No ticket is included for reservations of 1 night.
- If the reservation is for 1 adult and 2 children, the ticket will be released for 1 child.
- Tickets must be collected at check-in.
- Tickets related to promotions are non-refundable.
**Important Information:**
- The hotel is not responsible for the operation or schedules of the parks.
- Booking tickets is the responsibility of the guest, and the hotel is exempt from any related obligations.
- In the event of insolvency or bankruptcy of the parks, the hotel assumes no responsibility for debts or obligations attributed to them.

**Cancellation and Reservation Change Policy:**
- **Low Season:** Cancellations or changes must be made 15 days in advance. Penalties:
- 50% of the amount paid if made from 14 to 1 day before check-in.
- **High Season and Holidays (January, July, Barretos Cowboy Festival, holidays, Christmas and New Year):**
- Cancellations or changes must be made 30 days in advance. Penalties:
- 25% of the amount paid from 29 to 15 days before check-in.
- 50% of the amount paid from 14 to 1 day before check-in.
- In case of no-show, the fine is 100% of the amount paid. There is no refund for early departure.
- **Electronic Purchase:** The guest may cancel the purchase without penalty within 7 days after booking.

The above conditions must be passed on to the guest. If the operator fails to provide this information, it will be responsible for any future problems arising from the guest's lack of knowledge about the hotel's general conditions.
