Cancellation Policies
20% of the amount paid if the cancellation is from 59 days to 30 days before check-in; 30% of the amount paid if the cancellation is from 29 days to 15 days before check-in; 50% of the amount paid if the cancellation is from 14 days to 01 day before check-in. In case of no show (NO SHOW) the fine will be 100% of the amount paid.
General Policy
**Before Arrival**
For a quick check-in, complete your information in advance through the link: Web Check-in. Fill in 100% of the requested data and complete your web check-in. Use the name of the reservation holder exactly as it appears on the voucher or confirmation document. If you do not complete this procedure before arrival, there may be a longer wait for check-in.
**Facilities**
• Check-in: 2:00 p.m. to midnight
• Check-out: Until 11:00 a.m.
• Parking: Available subject to availability
• Maintenance: We reserve the right to carry out maintenance in common areas without prior notice
• Full Board: Includes lunch upon check-in and breakfast upon check-out
**Guest Obligations**
a) By booking, the guest accepts the conditions described, and there is no room for claims of ignorance.
b) The person responsible for the apartment must pay all expenses incurred by the accompanying persons.
c) Consumption of food and beverages in common areas is restricted to those provided by the hotel.
d) Pets of any size are not permitted.
e) Always keep your belongings under surveillance. The safety of your belongings is the guest's responsibility.
f) Minors: According to Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age may only check in accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. If accompanied by an adult who is not a legal guardian, authorization with the signature and notarized documents of the parents is required.

Stays of more than 2 (two) nights. Includes up to 1 ticket to Vale dos Dinossauros + 1 ticket to Thermas dos Laranjais + 1 ticket to the new Dreamland Wax Museum, valid for children under 12 years of age
Conditions:
• The tickets included in this promotion are valid for children up to 12 years of age. Limited to 2 guests per apartment.
• Tickets are not included for purchases of 1 night.
• If the reservation was made with 1 adult and 2 children, tickets will only be released for 1 child.
• Tickets must be collected at the time of check-in.
• Tickets related to promotions offered by the HOTEL are non-refundable.
Important Information:
• The HOTEL is not responsible for the operation or opening times of attractions related to the PARKS.
• Booking tickets is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the guest, and the HOTEL is exempt from any obligation related to this procedure.
• In the event of insolvency, judicial recovery or bankruptcy of the PARKS, the HOTEL will be exempt from any liability for debts, obligations or any other attributable liabilities. Failure to comply with the obligations stipulated in this instrument or in other commercial relationships, as a result of the conditions set forth, will be the sole responsibility of the PARKS.
Cancellation and Reservation Change Policy
• Low Season: Cancellations or changes must be made 15 days in advance. Penalties:
o 50% of the amount paid if made from 14 to 1 day before check-in.
• High Season and Holidays (January, July, Barretos Cowboy Festival, holidays, Christmas and New Year): Cancellations or changes must be made 30 days in advance. Penalties:
o 25% of the amount paid if made from 29 to 15 days before check-in.
o 50% of the amount paid if made from 14 to 1 day before check-in.
o In case of no-show, the fine is 100% of the amount paid. There is no refund for early departure.
• Electronic Purchase: The customer may cancel the purchase without penalty within 7 days after booking.
