Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Payment can be made within 30 calendar days after check-out. The deadline can be negotiated directly with the hotel.

Cancellation Policies

20% of the amount paid if the cancellation is from 59 days to 30 days before check-in; 30% of the amount paid if the cancellation is from 29 days to 15 days before check-in; 50% of the amount paid if the cancellation is from 14 days to 01 day before check-in. In case of no show (NO SHOW) the fine will be 100% of the amount paid.
