Payment can be made within 30 calendar days after check-out. The deadline can be negotiated directly with the hotel.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellation / Change Policy
Guaranteed reservations may be canceled at least 60 (sixty) days in advance, otherwise it will be subject to penalties provided for in the travel contract. As described below:
• 20% of the amount paid, if cancellation/change is 59 days up to 30 days before check-in;
• 30% of the amount paid, if the cancellation/change is between 29 days and 15 days before check-in;
• 50% of the amount paid, if the cancellation/change is within 14 days until 03 days before check-in)
• 100% of the amount paid, if the cancellation/change is between 02 days and 01 day before check-in)
• In case of no-show (NO SHOW) the fine will be 100% of the amount paid) in case of early departure, the amount paid will not be refunded.
For cases of electronic purchase, the customer will have 7 days from the booking date, to cancel the purchase, without charging a fine.
