Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
Reservation guarantee method for the FLEXIBLE rate: credit card (virtual card accepted) or invoice (with companies registered and authorized by the hotel). Payment for the daily rate will be made at the time of check-in by the guest or prepaid by the company.
Reservation guarantee method for the NON-REFUNDABLE rate: advance payment by credit card. In case of cancellation/change, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
Payment in installments accepted only for credit cards issued in Brazil.

Prepaid non refundable rate. In case of cancellation, 100% of stay will be charged. It allows one booking change contacting the reservations office up to 48 hours before check in, except New Year and Carnaval packages.
New booking confirmation subject to availability (for use within 6 months). Rate difference may apply. New stay dates must be informed at the time of request for booking change.

Cancellation of the reservation will be charged 100% of the value of the accommodation referring to the no show, changes are not allowed.
