Deposit / Guarantee Policies

The reservation can only be made by email, made the deposit of (50%), and confirmed by the hostel the same is valid; only a request for consultation does not guarantee your reservation. Deposits or payments are not refundable under any circumstances, they remain as credit (for 6 months) for a new booking. Reservations that do not appear at the hostel on the day of check-in will not be refunded nor will they be as credit; if you can not attend on the day of arrival, you must notify at least 48 hours before the date of entry to mark the new dates or you will not be entitled to the credit.

Cancellation Policies

This rate cannot be changed or cancelled after the reservation is confirmed.
