Deposit / Guarantee Policies

All individual reservations must be prepaid in full 3 business days prior to guest arrival. Payment may be made in dollars or its equivalent in pesos converted to US dollars to the seller's dollar from Banco Nación (please consult the exchange rate at the time of making the payment), current checks in pesos or credit cards. Billing will be issued in pesos and all current taxes must be applied (10% VAT in Uruguay). All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card and will be pre-charged using it. 10% VAT will be charged to national guests in the period from November 15 to Easter Sunday. Foreigners, exempt from VAT throughout the year. At the time of making the reservation, we will need a collection authorization form, as well as the credit card information, front and back photos and the owner's documentation.

Cancellation Policies

Non-Refundable:
Reservations that are under non-refundable rates are charged 100% of the penalty when canceling the reservation
