Deposit / Guarantee Policies

_ To guarantee the reservation, full payment of the reservation must be made by credit card or bank deposit;
_ To invoice through approved registration, send an invoice 15 days after check out;
_ Indispensable No Show Guarantee.

Cancellation Policies

Reservations with a NON-REFUNDABLE policy in the event of cancellation or change can only be made if made within 7 days of making the reservation. Changes to reservations will be subject to availability and difference in fare values. After the 7-day period, the daily rates will be debited and will not be refunded in case of cancellation or no-show (NO SHOW).
