Wyndham Gramado Termas Resort & Spa accepts Visa, Mastercard, Hipercard and Elo, reserves the right to retain the total amount of accommodation on your card prior to arrival. In case of cancellation within the allowed period, the amount will be refunded to your credit card.

Cancellation Policies

Policy applicable on dates: 12/23/2024 - 1/4/2025

Up to 7 days after confirming the reservation, the deposit amount will be fully refunded due to the stipulated period for regretting the purchase in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code. After 7 days of purchase confirmation, there will be no refund of the amount paid and no right to a letter of credit will be granted.

On other dates:

Full payment for accommodation in advance to guarantee the reservation. Cancellation requests will be accepted up to 30 days in advance. Check whether the applicable rate is fully refundable or whether there is a penalty in the event of cancellation.
