The guest must pay 100% of the total amount in advance after making the reservation.

If you choose to pay in full upfront, we can offer payment in up to 6 interest-free installments via credit card, with a minimum installment of R$400.00.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or changes made up to 31 days prior to arrival will not incur a penalty. Cancellations or changes made between 8 and 30 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% of the total reservation amount. Cancellations or changes made less than 8 days in advance, or in cases of no-shows, will be charged 100% of the reservation amount. In the event of a no-show, the space will remain available until 12:00 PM the day after the check-in date. After this time, the reservation will be canceled and 100% of the amount paid will be retained, and the space will be made available to another interested party.

Important: If you cancel or change your reservation after check-in, any unused nights will be charged in full. Cancellations upon arrival or after check-in, as well as early departures for any reason, will not entitle you to a refund, reimbursement, or credit for future nights.
