The customer must pay 100% of the total amount in advance after making the reservation.

If you choose to make the full payment in advance, we can pay in up to 8 interest-free installments via credit card, with the minimum installment being R$300.00.

Cancellation Policies

You can cancel or change your reservation free of charge up to 14 days before check-in.
If you cancel or change your reservation within less than 14 days and in case of no-show, 50% of the total reservation value will be charged.
If you cancel or change your reservation after checking in, the total nightly rate will be charged as a fine.
*In case of changes up to 14 days before check in, the new prices will be in accordance with the period requested!
