Deposit / Guarantee Policies

• To confirm the reservation, full payment is required in advance at the time of booking.
• The credit card provided may be charged at any time after the reservation is finalized.
• In case of an invalid card or payment refusal, the reservation will be automatically canceled.

• Payment must be made exclusively by credit card. If the guest prefers to pay by Pix, debit, or bank transfer, they must contact our Reservations Center by phone at 0800 644 7077 (toll-free) or WhatsApp (54) 9 9936.1077 to check the availability of this option.

• For installment payments, the number of installments defined at the time of booking will be respected.

• Non-refundable rates are promotional offers with different payment and cancellation rules, which must be observed at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policies

• Reservations for the high season (holidays, events, marathons.) may be canceled and/or changed within 05 days before the check-in date, with reversal/return of amounts previously debited. • From the 4th day up to 48 hours before the reservation, 50% of the amount will be charged and after 48 hours, the hotel reserves the right to withhold the full amount of the accommodation. • For low season we accept free cancellation up to 24 hours in advance of the check-in date, with reversal/refund of amounts previously debited. • Groups, consult quotes and all policies with the reservation center. • We charge only 01 night at the show in low season and full-time in high season. • In case of early departure, it will be charged in full. In order not to charge for the full period, in case of early check-out, please communicate 24 hours in advance for verification with the reservation center.
