Deposit / Guarantee Policies

• To confirm the reservation, full payment is required in advance at the time of booking.
• The credit card provided may be charged at any time after the reservation is finalized.
• In case of an invalid card or payment refusal, the reservation will be automatically canceled.

• Payment must be made exclusively by credit card. If the guest prefers to pay by Pix, debit, or bank transfer, they must contact our Reservations Center by phone at 0800 644 7077 (toll-free call) or WhatsApp (54) 9 9910.6577 to check the availability of this option.

• For installment payments, the number of installments defined at the time of booking will be respected.

• Non-refundable rates are promotional offers with different payment and cancellation rules, which must be observed at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policies

• By confirming the reservation, the guest declares to be aware of and fully agree with the non-refundable rate policy. There will be no refund of any amount paid in case of cancellation, regardless of the reason given, since the contracted rate is a promotion with special payment, cancellation and rate conditions.

By making the reservation, the guest declares to be fully aware of and agree with these conditions, expressly waiving any claim for reimbursement or complaint, extrajudicial or judicial, related to the reservation.

• In case of cancellation, alteration or no-show, there will be no refund of any amount paid, regardless of the reason.

• It is not possible to convert a non-refundable reservation into a flexible reservation after confirmation.

• The reservation may be transferred to another guest, upon prior request and approval of the hotel, respecting the conditions of the contracted rate.

• In the case of cancellation by the hotel due to force majeure, rescheduling of the reservation or equivalent credit for future use will be offered, subject to availability, without obligation of reimbursement.
