Deposit / Guarantee Policies

To guarantee the reservation, the credit card details of the HOLDER of the purchase will be required, we do not accept third-party cards;
After confirming the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total reservation value must be made within 48 hours to guarantee the lock of the apartment.
At your check-out we charge a tourist tax.
If payment is not identified within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.

2/28/2025 - 3/5/2025
12/20/2025 - 2/17/2026
12/19/2026 - 2/9/2027

*In the case of NO-SHOW (non-attendance) during the periods of: Christmas, New Year's Eve, January and Carnival, there will be no refund of amounts already paid. 100% fine.
*Cancellation after 30 days from the date of purchase VIA CREDIT CARD, an administrative fee of 10% will be charged.
*Cancellation up to 30 days BEFORE boarding will be charged the amount of one (1) daily stay + administrative fees.

On other dates:

*Cancellation after 30 days from the date of purchase VIA CREDIT CARD, an administrative fee of 10% will be charged.
*Cancellation up to 30 days BEFORE boarding will be charged the amount of one (1) daily stay + administrative fees.
*NO-SHOW (no-show) will be charged the amount of two (2) nights + administrative fees.
