Deposit / Guarantee Policies

To guarantee your reservation, payment for one day's stay is required via deposit or bank transfer to the hotel account 30 days prior to your arrival. The remainder of the stay will be paid at the time of check-in.

Cancellation Policies

Policy applicable on dates: 12/21/2023 - 1/28/2024
2/10/2024 - 2/20/2024
12/20/2024 - 1/25/2025
2/28/2025 - 3/5/2025
12/20/2025 - 2/17/2026
12/19/2026 - 2/9/2027

*In case of NO-SHOW (no-show) during the periods of: Christmas, New Year's Eve, January and Carnival, there will be no refund of amounts already paid. 100% fine.
*Cancellation after 30 days from the date of purchase VIA CREDIT CARD, an administrative fee of 10% will be charged.
*Cancellation up to 30 days BEFORE departure will be charged the amount of one (1) day's stay + administrative fees.

On other dates:

*Cancellations made after 30 days from the date of purchase VIA CREDIT CARD will incur a 10% administrative fee for refund.
*Cancellations made 30 days BEFORE check-in will incur one (1) night's stay + administrative fees.
*NO-SHOW will incur two (2) nights' stay + administrative fees.
