Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Credit card details are required to guarantee your reservation.
After confirming your reservation, you must make a DEPOSIT of 50% of the total amount or full payment by CREDIT CARD within 48 hours to secure your apartment.
A tourist tax will be charged upon check-out.
If payment is not received within the deadline, your reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.

Cancellation Policies

Policy applicable on dates: 2/13/2026 - 2/17/2026
12/20/2026 - 2/10/2027
12/19/2027 - 1/31/2028

*In case of NO-SHOW (non-attendance) during the following periods: Christmas, New Year's Eve, January and Carnival, there will be no refund of amounts already paid. 100% penalty.

*Cancellation after 30 days from the date of purchase VIA CREDIT CARD will be charged an administrative fee of 10%.

*Cancellation up to 30 days BEFORE departure will be charged the value of one (1) day + administrative fees.

On other dates:

*Cancellations made within 30 days of the purchase date VIA CREDIT CARD will incur a 10% administrative fee for the refund.

Cancellations made 30 days or less BEFORE check-in will incur a charge equivalent to one (1) night's stay + administrative fees.

*No-shows will incur a charge equivalent to two (2) nights' stay + administrative fees.
