After confirming the reservation, 100% of the reservation amount must be paid within 48 hours to guarantee the apartment is blocked. If payment is not identified within the deadline, the reservation is subject to cancellation without prior notice.

General Policy
WEB CHECKIN We kindly ask for two minutes to fill out the form below, this is important information to speed up your check-in and prepare your leisure schedule for you. https://goo.gl/forms/UuQCnmL1HqT3AHsj2 NO SHOW Failure to show up on the scheduled date without prior written communication will be considered a No Show (withdrawal without cancellation). The reservation will remain available for 24 hours from the entry time. After this period it will be canceled (with 100% retention of the amount paid), and the accommodation may be made available to other guests. There will be no refund of the amount paid. CANCELLATION If any problem occurs that makes it impossible for you to come, you must formally notify the hotel at least 48 hours before check-in. For reservations regarding holidays or in the months of July, December and January, the minimum advance notice is 5 days. Under no circumstances will the amount deposited to guarantee the reservation be refunded, with the credit remaining in a separate account controlled by the Hotel, which in these cases issues a voucher / letter of credit to the customer. The voucher will be sent by email to the customer who has a period of up to 6 (six) months to use it. After this period, the voucher/letter of credit will be automatically canceled without any type of credit or refund. If there is a partial cancellation of all the days reserved after the customer has checked in, no difference in the total amount of accommodation that may have already been paid will be refunded. WITHDRAWAL Canceling your stay upon arrival or after check-in, as well as early check-out for any reason whatsoever, will not entitle you to any type of refund, cash refund or letter of credit, resulting in total loss of the amount paid for the daily rate or accommodation package. Values will be valid for the reserved period, that is, for partial cancellations through late check-in or early check-out, the total amount for the reserved period will be charged. DATE CHANGE The deadline for changing the date is 7 (seven) days in advance of the check-in date. To change a confirmed reservation date, you must contact the HOTEL by email to check availability for the new period. No transfer fee will be charged, only the possible difference in price between rates from one period to another. TIMES The standard daily starting time is 5:00 pm and closing time at 3:00 pm. 30 minutes early check-in and late check-out are tolerated. After this limit, early check-in or late check-out will be considered. The hotel may accept this extension of stay, when available, and may choose to charge proportionally to the extended period. EXTRA EXPENSES The following services will be considered extra expenses, and billed to the customer's account for payment in cash upon departure: • Drinks • Telephone services • Game tokens • Extra tours not included in the leisure program • Adventure Sports ( Zip line, etc.) from the second descent. • Regional itineraries (city tour, artisanal cheese factory, etc.)
