Cancellation of a reservation without a no show charge is permitted up to 30 days before the check-in date. Cancellations after this period will be charged 50% of the total cost of accommodation.

- Cancellations or changes up to 24 hours before check-in time may be made free of charge. Cancellations, changes and no-shows after this period will be charged 100% of the first night's reservation;
- All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card;
- Check-in time is from 5:00 pm and check-out must be done by 3:00 pm;
Early check-in or late check-out may generate an additional charge;
- One child up to two years old is free of charge, as long as they sleep in one of the pre-existing beds in the apartment. Children over 2 years old will have an additional charge. In the case of two children under 2 years old, one of them will be free of charge and one will be charged an additional amount;
