General Policy
ACCOMMODATION POLICY
• Smoking is not permitted in the hotel;
• Check-in is at 2:00 p.m. and check-out is at 12:00 p.m.;
• Early check-ins and delayed check-outs are subject to availability and additional charges (for more information, contact the hotel reservations department);
• For information on the availability of extra beds, contact the hotel reservations department;
• If there is a balance of daily rates to be paid directly at the hotel, this must be done at check-in.
• A 10% service fee will be charged on restaurant services.
POLICY FOR MINORS
• Complimentary for one child up to 5 years old, staying in the same bed as their parents. Check with the hotel about availability and additional charges for other accommodation options for children;
• Original documentation (birth certificate/ID/Passport) of the minor and the parents or legal guardian must be presented at the time of check-in. If they are not present, written authorization from the parents or legal guardian will be requested, with notarized signature, in accordance with the Statute of Children and Adolescents (Article 82, Law 8.069/95).
PET POLICY
• Each apartment can accommodate only 1 small pet (dog or cat), weighing up to 10 kg;
• It will be necessary to sign a liability waiver at check-in and comply with the conditions previously established therein;
• The person responsible for the pet must present an up-to-date vaccination card;
• Pets are only allowed to stay in the apartments;
• It is mandatory to keep the PET in a carrier/bag or on your lap in social areas, such as: Gyms, swimming pool, Lobby, Rest/event rooms, common areas. It is not permitted to leave them loose on the hotel premises;
• PETS are not permitted in the restaurant and bar;
• The owner is solely responsible for cleaning up waste; • In case of damage to the apartment caused by the pet, a fee will be charged for maintenance of the damaged furniture;
