• The credit card entered on the website is only to guarantee the reservation. No amount will be charged at the time of booking confirmation, the credit card provided will only be charged in case of cancellation after the deadline or no-show (NO-SHOW).

HOTEL POLICY
• Smoking is not permitted in the hotel;
• Check-in at 2 PM and Check-out at 12 PM;
• Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and additional charges (for more information, please contact the hotel's reservations department);

• If there is a balance of daily rates to be paid directly to the hotel, it must be paid at check-in.
POLICY FOR MINORS
• Complimentary stay for one child up to 5 years old, accommodated in the same bed as the parents. Consult the hotel about availability and additional costs for other accommodation options for children;
• Presentation of original documentation (birth certificate/ID/Passport) of the minor and parents or legal guardian is required at check-in. If the parents or legal guardians are not present, written authorization with notarized signature will be required, in accordance with the Statute of Children and Adolescents (Article 82 of Law 8.069/95).
PET POLICY
• Each apartment accommodates only 1 small pet (dog or cat) weighing up to 10 kg;
• It will be necessary to sign a responsibility agreement at check-in and comply with the conditions established therein;
• The pet owner must present an updated vaccination card;
• Pets are restricted to the apartments;
• It is mandatory to keep the pet in a carrier/bag or on your lap in social areas such as: gyms, swimming pool, lobby, rest/event rooms, common areas. It is not permitted to let them roam freely in the hotel premises;
• Pets are not allowed in the restaurant or bar;
• Cleaning up after your pet is the sole responsibility of the owner;
• In case of damage to the apartment caused by the pet, a fee will be charged for the repair of the damaged furniture;
• Pets are not allowed to be left alone in the apartment;
