Deposit / Guarantee Policies

• Payment for reservations will be made directly at the hotel
• The credit card entered on the website is only to guarantee the reservation. No amount will be charged at the time of booking confirmation, the credit card provided will only be charged in case of cancellation after the deadline or no-show (NO-SHOW).
• Accepted payment methods: Cash, credit and debit cards.

Cancellation Policies

• Cancellation without penalty/charge must be made up to 2 days before the check-in date.

• A charge of 100% of the total reservation amount will be made to the credit card provided.

• In case of cancellation outside the deadline or no-show, the penalty is 100% of the reservation value.
