Deposit / Guarantee Policies

• Payment for reservations will be made directly at the hotel
• The credit card entered on the website is only to guarantee the reservation. No amount will be charged at the time of booking confirmation, the credit card provided will only be charged in case of cancellation after the deadline or no-show (NO-SHOW).

Cancellation Policies

• Cancellations without penalty/charge must be made up to 2 days before the check-in date.
• 100% of the total reservation will be charged to the credit card provided.
• Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a penalty of 100% of the reservation amount.
