Guests can cancel or reschedule their stay free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. After this period, no refunds will be given, and rescheduling will not be possible. In case of a no-show without cancellation, the reservation will remain active until 12:00 PM the following day; after this time, the reservation will be canceled, and the full amount will be charged. In cases of cancellations eligible for a refund, the refund will be processed within 14 business days. The cost is 100% of the reservation value.
