The guest can cancel or reschedule the stay free of charge up to 7 days before arrival; after this period, the value of the first night will be charged as a penalty. In case of cancellation where a refund is eligible, the refund will be made within 14 business days.

In case of no-show without cancellation, the reservation will remain active until 12:00 PM the following day; after this time, the reservation will be canceled and the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
