Cancellation Policies

The guest can cancel or reschedule the stay free of charge up to 7 days before arrival; after this period, a penalty of 50% of the total reservation value will be charged.

In case of no-show without cancellation, the reservation will remain active until 12:00 PM the following day; after this time, the reservation will be canceled and the full amount will be charged. In case of cancellation where a refund is eligible, the refund will be processed within 14 business days. Cost: 100% of the reservation value.
