Guarantee – Operators/Corporate

Reservations can only be billed to domestic operators. Billing: 15 days after the guest's check-out.
The hotel reserves the right to charge international operators that are not registered in advance to guarantee reservations.
Payment method: Full bank deposit made to the recipient's account 15 days before check-in.

O hóspede pode cancelar gratuitamente ou remarcar a hospedagem até 14 dias antes da chegada, após esse prazo o valor da primeira diária será cobrado em caráter de multa. Em caso de cancelamento onde seja elegível uma devolução, o reembolso será realizado dentro de até 14 dias úteis.
Em caso de não comparecimento sem cancelamento (no show), a reserva permanecerá ativa até às 12h do dia seguinte, após esse horário a reserva será cancelada e será o valor integral da reserva.

In the event of a no-show without cancellation, the reservation will remain active until 12:00 PM the following day. After this time, the reservation will be canceled and the full amount will be charged. In the event of a refund-eligible cancellation, the refund will be issued within 14 business days.
