Cancellation Policies
Carnival, New Year's Eve and National Holidays regardless of the month:
The guest can cancel for free or reschedule their accommodation up to 30 days before arrival, after this period no amount will be refunded to the customer and they are not eligible for rescheduling. In case of no-show without cancellation (no show), the full amount will be charged. In case of cancellation where a return is eligible, the refund will be made within 14 working days.
Low Season (April, May, June and August):
The guest can cancel for free or reschedule their accommodation up to 7 days before arrival, after this period no amount will be refunded to the customer and they are not eligible for rescheduling. . In case of no-show without cancellation (no show), the full amount will be charged. In case of cancellation where a return is eligible, the refund will be made within 14 working days.
High Season (February, March, July, September, October, November and December):
The guest can cancel free of charge or reschedule their accommodation up to 14 days before arrival, after this period no amount will be refunded to the customer and they are not eligible for rescheduling. In case of no-show without cancellation (no show), the full amount will be charged. In case of cancellation where a return is eligible, the refund will be made within 14 working days.
