The hotel gives itself the right to charge in advance International Operators that do not have such registration, to guarantee reservations.
Payment method: Full bank deposit made into the Beneficiary's account, 15 days before check in.

If payment is not identified, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.
Cancellation Policies
The guest can cancel free of charge up to 14 (fourteen) days before arrival at no charge. Less than 14 days before the check-in date, the reservation amount will be charged in full.
Policy applicable on dates: 12/20/2024 - 1/31/2025
The guest can cancel for free or reschedule their accommodation up to 30 days before arrival, after this period no amount will be refunded to the customer and they are not eligible for rescheduling.
In case of no-show without cancellation (no show), the full amount will be charged.
In case of cancellation where a return is eligible, the refund will be made within 14 working days.
NOTE: Cancellation of payments made by credit card will result in expenses, fees and taxes being deducted.
