The guest can cancel free of charge up to 14 (fourteen) days before arrival at no charge. Less than 14 days before the check-in date, the reservation amount will be charged in full.

The guest can cancel for free or reschedule the accommodation up to 30 days before arrival, after that period no amount will be refunded to the customer and rescheduling is not eligible. In case of no-show without cancellation (no show), the full amount will be charged. In case of cancellation where a return is eligible, the refund will be made within 14 working days. NOTE: Cancellation of payments made by credit card will be deducted from expenses, fees and taxes.
