Deposit / Guarantee Policies

After confirming the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total value of the reservation must be made within 24 hours to secure the apartment. If payment is not identified within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.

The guest can cancel or reschedule the stay free of charge up to 30 days before arrival; after this period, a penalty of 50% of the total reservation value will be charged.

In case of no-show without cancellation, the reservation will remain active until 12:00 PM the following day; after this time, the reservation will be canceled and the full amount will be charged. In case of cancellation where a refund is eligible, the refund will be processed within 14 business days. Cost: 100% of the reservation value.
