Deposit / Guarantee Policies

To guarantee a reservation it is necessary to prepay 50% of the total amount of the lodging. Payment can be made through bank deposit or credit card. The remaining 50% must be paid directly to the hotel upon check-in.

Cancellation Policies

If cancellation is made before 21 days. A fee of 15% of the amount paid in advance will be charged. If cancellation is made between 21 and 7 days of the date of arrival will be charged a fee of 50% of the amount paid. If the cancellation is made 7 days or less there will be no refund of the amount paid.
