Cancellation Policies

Cancellation Policy: ACCORDING TO THE CDC THE CUSTOMER WILL HAVE THEIR MONEY REFUNDED IN FULL IF CANCELLATION OCCURS WITHIN 7 DAYS AFTER PAYMENT. Amounts paid via bank deposit, pix and/or credit card are non-refundable and in case of cancellation after the legal deadline. (Reservations canceled within 14 to 8 days prior to check in will be issued with a voucher for compensation of amounts paid for use on a new date with a period of 6 months for use with a retention of 50% of the total value of the reservation. If the amounts are advanced corresponds to the full value, we will issue a voucher with 50% of the value for use on another date). Failure to show up “NO SHOW” by 6 pm on the second night of the package will result in the loss of the advance amounts and cancellation of the reservation. When paying for your reservation, we understand that you agree with this reservation contract.
