Deposit / Guarantee Policies
- Rates are variable and any future changes to your confirmed reservation must be made considering the daily rate;
- We do not work with extra beds or mattresses and cribs are available upon request 24 hours in advance and availability according to the period;
- We do not work with joining or separating beds, it is necessary to purchase the apartment in the correct category (double or twin);
- The reservation price is for the number of adults indicated, if you want to include more people in the apartment it will be subject to the room capacity and additional person charge;
- From 4 apartments reserved for the same group or event, it is configured as a group condition and will have a non-refundable policy, charged as soon as issued and without refund
- Companies that opt for invoiced payment will first go through a credit approval with the Hotel's Financial Department, if not approved, prepayment of the reservation will be requested.
Cancellation Policies
CANCELLATION AND CHANGE POLICIES
- Cancellations or changes will only be accepted more than 24 hours before the check-in time (2pm) on the arrival date (with the exception of prepaid reservations, which are always non-refundable and do not allow cancellation). If the reservation is canceled less than 24 hours before check-in, or if there is a no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged in full, with no refund;
- Daily rates are charged at the time of check-in, so the guest pays for the entire period booked, with no refund or credit in the event of early departure;
- Any prepaid amount will not be refunded in the event of a change, reduction of nights or cancellation.
