The total amount of the reservation will be charged upon confirmation of the booking. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to the advance payment.

Any prepaid amount will not be refunded in case of changes, cancellations, or withdrawal from the reservation.

Cancellation Policies

- Cancellation is not permitted immediately after booking and no refunds or credits are allowed.

- A pre-authorization for the total amount of the reservation will be made.

The credit card used for the reservation must be presented at check-in, along with the cardholder. In the case of unprocessed cards, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

CANCELLATIONS
• Cancellations will only be accepted more than 24 hours before the check-in date (with the exception of prepaid reservations, which are always non-refundable). If the reservation is canceled less than 24 hours in advance or due to a no-show, the full amount will be charged and will not be refunded.
• Daily rates are charged at check-in, meaning guests pay for the entire period booked. There is no refund in the event of early departure.
• Any prepaid amount will not be refunded in the event of a change or cancellation.
