CANCELLATIONS
• Cancellations will only be accepted more than 24 hours prior to the check-in date (except for prepaid reservations, which are always non-refundable). If the reservation is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance or if there is a no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged, with no refund.
• Daily rates are charged at check-in, so the guest pays for the entire reserved period, with no refund in case of early departure.
• Any prepaid amount will not be refunded in case of changes or cancellations.
