Deposit / Guarantee Policies

- In the case of private reservations, within the cancellation policy of 7 days prior to check-in. The amount will be charged in advance as soon as the reservation is received. In the case of cards that are invalid in the system or during processing, the reservation will be automatically canceled, without prior notice.

- We only invoice companies or agencies that have previously approved their registration with us;

- Billing Deadline: 15 days after Check Out;

- We accept payment in cash or card;

- We do not accept checks or foreign currency;

- We do not accept installments for accommodation;

- NO-SHOW guarantee: The credit card will be used as a guarantee. In the case of changes and/or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-show, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged; The same applies to reservations that have a 7-day advance policy, where the card will be processed as soon as we receive the reservation in the system and cancellation can only be made up to 7 days before check-in, after which the reservation will be non-refundable.

- Reservations in which the card is invalid or without a guarantee may be canceled at any time;

- The card provided in the reservation may be pre-authorized or processed to guarantee the reservation in periods of high occupancy;

- Daily rates are charged at check-in, so the guest pays for the entire period reserved, and there is no refund in case of early departure;

Cancellation Policies
