Deposit / Guarantee Policies

PAYMENT POLICY

- We only invoice companies or agencies that have previously been registered with us;

- Billing Deadline: 15 days after Check Out;

- We accept cash or card payments;

- We do not accept checks or foreign currency;

- We do not accept installments for accommodation;

- NO-SHOW Guarantee: The credit card will be used as a guarantee. In case of changes and/or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-show, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged;

- Reservations in which the card is invalid or without a guarantee may be canceled at any time;

- The card provided in the reservation may be pre-authorized or processed to guarantee the reservation during periods of high occupancy;

- Daily rates are charged at the time of check-in, so the guest pays for the entire period reserved, and there is no refund in case of early departure;

- Any prepaid amount will not be refunded in case of change or cancellation;

- From 4 apartments reserved for the same group or event, it will be considered a group condition and will have a non-refundable policy, charged as soon as issued and without refund

Cancellation Policies

Cancellation is not permitted.

A pre-authorization will be made for the total amount of the reservation.

The credit card used for the reservation must be presented at check-in, together with the cardholder. In the event of non-processed cards, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

On other dates:

CANCELLATION AND CHANGE POLICIES
- Cancellations or changes will only be accepted more than 24 hours before the check-in time (2pm) on the arrival date (with the exception of prepaid reservations, which are always non-refundable and do not allow cancellation). If the reservation is canceled less than 24 hours before check-in, or if there is a no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged in full, with no refund;

- Daily rates are charged at the time of check-in, so the guest pays for the entire period reserved, with no refund or credit in the event of early departure;

- Any prepaid amount will not be refunded in the event of a change, reduction of nights or cancellation.

- Reservations without a NO SHOW guarantee, after 6pm, will be automatically canceled from our system.

- From 4 apartments reserved for the same group or event, it is configured as a group condition and will have a non-refundable policy, charged as soon as issued and without refund.
