Cancellation Policies

- Cancellation is not permitted immediately after booking and no refunds or credits are allowed.
- A pre-authorization for the total amount of the reservation will be made.
The credit card used for the reservation must be presented at check-in, along with the cardholder. In the case of unprocessed cards, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
CANCELLATIONS
• Cancellations will only be accepted more than 24 hours before the check-in date (with the exception of prepaid reservations, which are always non-refundable). If the reservation is canceled less than 24 hours in advance or due to a no-show, the full amount will be charged and will not be refunded.
• Daily rates are charged at check-in, meaning guests pay for the entire period booked. There is no refund in the event of early departure.
• Any prepaid amount will not be refunded in the event of a change or cancellation.
