Deposit / Guarantee Policies

We bill for companies or agencies that have an approved registration with us. Customers from São Paulo: 10 days of deadline and outside São Paulo: 15 days (calendar days after the invoice is posted).
We accept payment in cash or card - We do not work with checks or foreign currency.
NO-SHOW Guarantee: Credit card will be used for guarantee. In case of cancellation less than 24 hours in advance or no-show, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
Daily rates are charged at check-in, so the guest pays for the entire reserved period, with no refunds in case of early departure.
Any prepaid amount will not be refunded in the event of a change or cancellation.

Cancellation Policies

• Cancellations will only be accepted more than 24 hours before the check-in date (with the exception of pre-paid reservations which will always be non-refundable). If the reservation is canceled less than 24 hours in advance or given the no-show, the reservation amount will be charged in full, with no refund.
• Daily rates are charged at check-in, so the guest pays for the entire reserved period, with no refunds in case of early departure.
• Any prepaid amount will not be refunded in the event of a change or cancellation.
