Deposit / Guarantee Policies
- In general, reservations must always be prepaid before the guest checks in.
- Companies that opt for invoice payment will first undergo credit approval with the hotel's finance department. If this is not approved, prepayment of the reservation will be requested.
Cancellation Policies
- Cancellation is not permitted immediately after booking and no refunds or credits are allowed.
- A pre-authorization for the total amount of the reservation will be made.
The credit card used for the reservation must be presented at check-in, along with the cardholder. In the case of unprocessed cards, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
CANCELLATION AND CHANGE POLICIES
- Cancellations or changes will only be accepted more than 24 hours before the check-in time (2pm) on the arrival date (with the exception of prepaid reservations, which are always non-refundable and do not allow cancellation). If the reservation is canceled less than 24 hours before check-in, or if there is a no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged in full, with no refund;
- Daily rates are charged at the time of check-in, so the guest pays for the entire period booked, with no refund or credit in the event of early departure;
- Any prepaid amount will not be refunded in the event of a change, reduction of nights or cancellation.
