Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Website and Otas: reservations confirmed through the website and Otas require card details for guarantee and payment is direct at the Hotel.

Payment Policies: Payment invoiced to company, agency, operator upon approved registration. If you do not have registration or are not approved, prepayment of the reservation will be requested. Standard billing period 10 days.

Bank Deposit: payment of 50% of the total reservation amount in advance is required. We authorize bank deposits up to 7 days before the check-in date. The reservation is only guaranteed after the deposit, and the amount is not subject to refund. Please send proof of deposit within 24 hours after confirmation to the email: [email protected]

Cancellation Policies

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a refundable reservation is only permitted up to 1 day before the check-in date. After this period, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged as a penalty.
Guaranteed reservations or advance reservations cannot be returned.
