Cancellation Policies
CANCELLATION AND CHANGE POLICIES
- Cancellations or changes will only be accepted more than 24 hours before the check-in time (2pm) on the arrival date (with the exception of prepaid reservations, which are always non-refundable and do not allow cancellation). If the reservation is canceled less than 24 hours before check-in, or if there is a no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged in full, with no refund;
- Daily rates are charged at the time of check-in, so the guest pays for the entire period booked, with no refund or credit in the event of early departure;
- Any prepaid amount will not be refunded in the event of a change, reduction of nights or cancellation.
- From 4 apartments reserved for the same group or event, it is considered a group condition and will have a non-refundable policy, charged as soon as it is issued and without refund
