Cancellation Policies
CANCELLATIONS
• Cancellations will only be accepted more than 24 hours before the check-in date (with the exception of prepaid reservations, which are always non-refundable). If the reservation is canceled less than 24 hours in advance or there is a no-show, the reservation amount will be charged in full, and there will be no refund.
• Daily rates are charged at the time of check-in, so the guest pays for the entire period reserved, and there is no refund in the event of early departure.
• Any prepaid amount will not be refunded in the event of changes or cancellations.
• From 4 apartments reserved for the same group or event, it is considered a group condition and will have a non-refundable policy, charged as soon as issued and without refund.
