The card number provided during booking is used only to guarantee the reservation. No charges are made at this time.
To finalize the payment for the accommodation, our staff will contact you by email or WhatsApp to receive the payment via a link. In the case of a credit card, it must be in the name of the reservation holder and must be physical, as it will have to be presented at check-in. If payment is not made, the reservation will be automatically canceled.

In cases of reservations made less than 24 hours before the arrival date, payment must be made 100% at check-in.

- In cases where the total reservation amount has not been fully paid before arrival, the remaining balance must be paid at check-in by credit card, debit card, Pix or cash. We do not accept checks.

To confirm the reservation, payment will be required according to the table below:

High Season = 100% | Holidays = 100% Payment can be made via credit card or Pix.

On other dates:

- Our representatives will contact you by email or WhatsApp to receive payment via a link. Credit cards must be in the name of the reservation holder and must be physical, as they must be presented at check-in. Failure to make payment will automatically cancel the reservation.

On other dates:

Low Season - Up to 10 days in advance free of charge, after 50% of the total | High Season (January and February) - Up to 30 days in advance free of charge, after 100% of the total | Holidays - Up to 30 days in advance free of charge, after 100% of the total
