Deposit / Guarantee Policies
- Our representatives will contact you by email or WhatsApp to receive payment via a link. Credit cards must be in the name of the reservation holder and must be physical, as they will be required at check-in. Failure to make payment will automatically cancel your reservation.
• 100% payment is required up to 60 days before your check-in date to confirm your reservation.
Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, or bank slip.
• In cases where the total amount of the reservation has not been paid in full before arrival, the remaining balance must be paid at check-in by credit card, debit card, or cash.
• We do not accept checks.

Reservations made less than 24 hours before the check-in date require full payment at check-in.
