Deposit / Guarantee Policies

- Our representatives will contact you by email or WhatsApp to receive payment via a link. Credit cards must be in the name of the reservation holder and must be physical, as they must be presented at check-in. Failure to make payment will automatically cancel the reservation.

Reservations made less than 24 hours before the check-in date require full payment at check-in.

- If the total amount of the reservation has not been paid in full before arrival, the remaining balance must be paid at check-in by credit card, debit card, Pix, or cash. We do not accept checks.

To confirm your reservation, payment is required according to the table below:

• 100% of the reservation amount up to 60 days before the check-in date.
Payment can be made in full or in installments by credit card, debit card, or bank slip.

On other dates:
