After confirming the reservation, the credit card will be charged 100% for reservations that require installments and 50% for reservations without installments.
If the card used is not authorized, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.

Up to 60 days before guest arrival: 20% of the reservation value.
From 45 days before arrival until 31 days before arrival: 50% of the reservation.
30 days before arrival or fewer days: 100% of the reservation.


No Show:
No Show is considered when the guest does not arrive on the booked arrival date. The fit. It will be available for 24 hours. After this period, the reservation will be considered canceled and 100% of the reservation will be charged.
