Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Payment will be made for the total amount of the stay within 10 days of receipt of the reservation.
The reservation will only be confirmed with a deposit of the total amount of the stay into the hotel's bank account. An image of the deposit receipt must be sent via email to [email protected] or WhatsApp 81 99309-4168.
After confirming the deposit compensation, the inn will issue a confirmation voucher in the name of the reservation holder and send it by email or WhatsApp.
Failure to pay within 10 days after receiving the reservation, or failure to clear payment will mean cancellation of the reservation and consequently cancellation.
No-shows will be charged as regular stays.
Stays with arrivals later than the check-in time or date will be charged as regular stays.
Stays leaving earlier than the check-out time or date will be charged as regular stays.
The reservation is non-refundable, that is, there will be no refund of the amount paid in case of cancellation.

Cancellation Policies

FREE CANCELLATION

No fine will be charged for cancellations.

Policy applicable on dates: 3/21/2026 - 4/10/2026

FREE CANCELLATION UP TO 7 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL

Cancellations free of charge will only be accepted up to 7 days before the check-in date. After this period, a daily rate will be charged.

The reservation is non-refundable, that is, there will be no refund of any amount paid in case of cancellation within the fine period.

No-shows will be charged as regular stays.

Stays with arrivals later than the check-in time or date will be charged as regular stays.

Stays leaving before the check-out date will be charged as regular stays.

FREE CANCELLATION UP TO 14 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL

Free cancellations will only be accepted up to 14 days before the check-in date. After this period, the total amount of the stay will be charged.

The reservation is non-refundable, that is, there will be no refund of any amount paid in case of cancellation within the fine period.

No-shows will be charged as regular stays.

Stays with arrivals later than the check-in time or date will be charged as regular stays.

Stays leaving before the check-out date will be charged as regular stays.

Free cancellations will only be accepted up to 90 days before the check-in date. After this period, the total amount of the stay will be charged.
