Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Payment for the total amount of the stay will be made within 48 hours after receiving the reservation.
The reservation will only be confirmed upon deposit of the total amount of the stay into the guesthouse's bank account, via PIX-KEY CNPJ: 34.925.642/0001-13, Beneficiary: OLIVEIRA ALOJAMENTOS E DORMITÓRIOS LTDA, or bank deposit at Banco Caixa Econômica Federal, Agency 3283 Current Account: 0523-4, Operation: 003, CNPJ: 34.925.642/0001-13, Beneficiary: OLIVEIRA ALOJAMENTOS E DORMITÓRIOS LTDA.
A picture of the deposit receipt must be sent via email to [email protected] or via WhatsApp 81 99274-2879.
After confirmation of the deposit being cleared, the hotel will issue a confirmation voucher in the name of the reservation holder and send it by email or WhatsApp.

Failure to pay within 10 days of receiving the reservation, or failure to clear the payment, will mean that the reservation will be cancelled and, consequently, the reservation will be cancelled.

No-shows will be charged as regular stays.

Stays with arrivals after the check-in time or date will be charged as regular stays.

Stays with departures before the check-out time or date will be charged as regular stays.

The reservation is non-refundable, that is, there will be no refund of the amount paid in case of cancellation.

Cancellation Policies

FREE CANCELLATION
No cancellation fee will be charged.

Policy applicable on dates: 3/21/2026 - 4/10/2026

FREE CANCELLATION UP TO 7 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL

Cancellations will only be accepted free of charge up to 7 days before the check-in date.

After this period, the amount of one night's stay will be charged.

The reservation is non-refundable, that is, there will be no refund of the amount paid in case of cancellation within the penalty period.

No-shows will be charged as regular stays.

Stays with arrivals after the check-in time or date will be charged as regular stays.

Stays with departures before the check-out date will be charged as regular stays.

FREE CANCELLATION UP TO 14 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL

Cancellations will only be accepted free of charge up to 14 days before the check-in date.

After this period, the total amount of the stay will be charged.

The reservation is non-refundable, that is, there will be no refund of the amount paid in the event of cancellation within the penalty period.
